Event Format: This is a non-competitive festival featuring traditional and modern dance, choral music, orchestras, majorette teams, and brass bands.
Ensemble Types: Folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups, soloists, and other artistic styles are all welcome. Ensembles for children, youth, and adults are eligible to participate.
Group Composition: Up to 3 groups from each country may participate, with each group comprising a maximum of 60 members (including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members).
Performance Requirements:
Dance Ensembles: Prepare at least two dances, each lasting 10–15 minutes, to be performed with either live orchestra or USB recording.
Choral Groups: Prepare a 12-15-minute free program.
Application Requirements: Each group must submit a brief CV (5-6 sentences in English), three photos of the group, a video performance link, and bring their national flag.
Capacity Limit: The festival accommodates up to 10 groups and approximately 400 participants in total.

Accommodation Information
Participation Fee:
117 Euro for (3 nights / 4 days with 2 meals per day/person).
156 Euro for (4 nights / 5 days with 2 meals per day/person).
189 Euro for (5 nights / 6 days with 2 meals per day/person).
Accommodation in 3-star hotels, such as Hotel Braic or Hotel Knezevic).
Room Allocation: Two double rooms will be provided for group leaders and drivers at no extra charge. Standard rooms are triple or quadruple with private bathrooms. Additional double rooms can be arranged for an 11 EUR per person daily supplement.
Tourist Tax & Insurance: Not included in the participation fee. There is an additional 1.50 EUR per person per day for tourist tax and insurance.
Extended Stay: Participants may extend their stay in Budva at a special rate of 35 EUR per person per night (half-board).

10:00-18:00 – Excursion to Kotor and Herceg Novi or optional trip to Dubrovnik
18:00-20:00 – Dinner at hotel
21:00-00:00 – Certificates, gifts, and group party
Day 4:

10:00-18:00 – Beach day or optional excursion to Dubrovnik
18:00-20:00 – Dinner at hotel

Additional Information
Included Benefits: Complimentary souvenir and gift for each group, welcome reception, drinks during performances, and promotion through media and social channels.
Insurance: Personal health and travel insurance are the responsibility of each group. First aid will be available; medical services are at the group’s expense.

By Plane: Arrival via Tivat or Podgorica airports. Airport transfers can be arranged at the group’s expense.
By Bus: Convenient travel options include combining festivals in neighboring regions, such as Durres (Albania) or Ohrid (North Macedonia), with Montenegro.

Day 2: Morning sightseeing in Budva and optional boat trip to St. Stefan.
