Participation Info

Eligibility:

  • Non-competitive participation for traditional and modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands.
  • Groups can be composed of children, youth, and adults.
  • Limited to 3 groups from each country; each group can consist of a maximum of 70 members (including dancers, managers, and musicians).

Performance Requirements:

  • Each group should prepare at least 2 dances, each lasting 10-15 minutes, with USB or orchestra accompaniment.
  • Performances will take place during evening hours, allowing groups to visit historical sites during the day.

Application Materials:

  • Short CV and 2-3 photos of the group.
  • A flag of the participating country.

Transport:

  • Groups must arrange their own transport for arrival and departure.
  • Note: Montenegro tourist tax is an additional 1.5 Euro per person.

Accommodation Info

Participation Fee:

  • 112 Euro for 3 nights with 2 meals per day (Half Board).
  • 149 Euro for 4 nights with 2 meals per day (Half Board)

Leaders and drivers will be provided with double rooms, while other participants will be accommodated in triple and quadruple rooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom.

The hotels are situated in the city center, eliminating the need for transportation to and from the festival events.

Additional Information:

  • For every 24 paying participants, 1 participant will stay free of charge.
  • Groups will receive souvenirs and gifts, a welcome cocktail, and certificates of attendance.

Additional Notes

  • The festival will provide transport for groups arriving by plane from Tivat Airport during festival days.
  • All medical services will be covered by the groups, including personal responsibility and health insurance.
  • After the festival, organizers will share a link for photos from the event. The copyright of all video materials and pictures will belong to the Festival Organization.

Day 1: Arrival

  • 13:00: Arrival in Budva, hotel accommodation, and free time (swimming and sunbathing).
  • 19:00 – 20:00: Dinner in the hotel.
  • 21:00: Free time.

Day 2: Festival Activities

  • 09:00 – 11:00: Breakfast.
  • 11:00 – 14:00: Budva sightseeing and boat trip to Sveti Stefan.
  • 18:00 – 19:30: Dinner in the hotel.
  • 20:00 – 23:00: Ensembles parade and festival evening.

Day 3: Excursion Options

  • 09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
  • 10:00 – 18:00: Visits to Kotor, Herceg Novi, or Dubrovnik; optional Aqua Park visit.
  • 18:00 – 20:00: Dinner in the hotel.
  • 20:30 – 22:30: Free time.

Day 4: Leisure Activities

  • 09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
  • 10:00 – 18:00: Beach time or a boat trip to Boka Kotorska Bay.
  • 18:00 – 20:00: Dinner in the hotel.
  • 21:00 – 00:00: Free time in the city.

Day 5: Departure

  • 09:00: Breakfast.
  • 11:00: Departure of participants.

Optional Day 6: Extended Stay

  • 09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
  • 11:00 – 16:00: Beach time and free activities.
  • 19:00 – 20:00: Dinner in the hotel.
  • 21:00 – 00:00: Firewall party.
  • 08:00 – 09:00: Breakfast.
  • 11:00: Departure of participants.
