We are pleased to invite children’s groups to participate in the XX International Culture and Dance Festival in Foça.
Please send a minimum of 6 digital pictures of your group along with a short description.
Include videos or links showcasing your performances.
Groups are requested to arrive in Foça, Izmir on 09 September and depart on 13 or 14 September after breakfast.
There is no age limit for participants.
Each group should prepare a program lasting 5-10 minutes.
Groups are required to prepare a minimum of 2 different performances.
If arriving by plane, we will provide airport pickup at İzmir Gaziemir Airport.
Each group should bring a flag of their country.
For gift exchange, each country must bring 3 gifts.
Each country will teach two children’s games from their culture to the other participants.
Accommodation will be in 3-star and 4-star hotels.
Groups will be accommodated in rooms of 3-4 beds.
€160 per person for 4 nights with 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner – open buffet).
€200 per person for 5 nights with 3 meals per day.
The participation fee covers accommodation for 4 or 5 nights and 3 meals per day.
Organizational expenses are included.
Each participant will receive an attendance certificate as a gift.
To confirm participation, a group must pay a non-refundable advance fee of €1,000.
The remaining balance is due 15 days before the festival or upon the group’s arrival at the hotel, as per the agreement.

12:30 – 14:00: Lunch
14:30 – 19:00: Hotel Activities (Swimming Pool/Sea)
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner
20:00 – 22:30: Parade Performance (Maximum 8 minutes for each group)
Day 3 (September 28):
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
10:00 – 12:00: Yacht Tour
17:00 – 19:00: Free Time
19:00 – 20:00: Dinner
20:30 – 22:00: Free Time at the Hotel
Day 4 (September 29):
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
10:00 – 12:00: Swimming at Belcekiz Beach in Fethiye Oludeniz
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch
11:00 – 16:00: Shopping in Fethiye Center
19:30 – 20:30: Dinner
20:30 – 22:30: Performance in Fethiye Oludeniz
Day 5 (September 30):
08:00 – 10:00: Breakfast
11:00: Departure Time
Additional Information:
Insurance: Personal responsibility and health insurance are required. First aid and medical services will be available at the festival.
Prolonged Stay: Participants can extend their stay for €30 all-inclusive per day per person.
Transport from Airport: The festival will organize transport for groups arriving by plane from Antalya Airport.
