Participation Information

Participants will consist of ensembles from various countries, including Italy, Slovenia, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Indonesia, India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Russia, Armenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

Participation Fee:

Cost: €150 per person.
Additional Seats: One additional seat will be provided for every 25 members (24 + 1).

Payment Plan: The participation fee can be paid in several installments until the departure date.

Included in Participation Fee:

– Hotel accommodation in three-star hotels in Rimini (options include Oceanic ***, Faber ***, 2000 ***, Corona ***, Cosmos ***, Fantasy ***, Christian ***, Gallasia ***, Brooklyn ***, ABC Hotel) based on half-board service (breakfast and dinner).
Organization expenses, including certificates and plaques for participants.

Program management and professional assistance.

Inviting letters for visa applications (for cultural-art societies, visas are free with the provided inviting letter).

Not Included in Participation Fee:

– Tourist tax for the hotel in Rimini (€1 – €2 per person per day, depending on the hotel category).
Optional tours:

San Marino: €10 (€5 with own bus)
Venice: €25 (€15 with own bus)
Bologna: €10 (€5 with own bus)
Nightclub entry fees: €10 – €12.

Additional half-board accommodation: from €25 per person.

Visa and insurance costs (with provided inviting letters, cultural-art societies can obtain visas for free).

Performance Requirement:

Each ensemble must provide their own music, whether through a live orchestra or music CDs.
Each group is obligated to perform for a duration of 10 – 15 minutes.
