Participation Information
We invite groups of folk dance, modern dance, ballet, choruses, music bands, and harmonica ensembles to the International Antalya Music & Dance Festival in Belek, Antalya, Turkey, from 04–08 October 2025.
General Rules:
The festival is a non-competitive event featuring traditional and modern dances, orchestras, brass bands, modern dance, choir, and vocal groups.
Participation is open to folklore ensembles, choral groups, modern dance teams, majorette teams, and orchestras.
Eligible groups: Children’s ensembles, Youth ensembles, and Adult ensembles.
Participation is limited to 3 groups per country, with a maximum of 70 members per group (including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members).
Each group should prepare at least 2 dances, lasting 12–15 minutes each, performed with an orchestra or USB. Choral groups should prepare a 15-minute free program.
Performances will take place in the evenings, allowing groups to plan excursions or visits during the day.
Groups must provide a short CV (5–6 sentences in English) and photos.
Each group is required to bring their country’s flag.
Groups should arrange their own transport to and from Antalya. Groups arriving by plane will receive free transfers from Antalya International Airport to the hotel.

Insurance:
Personal health insurance is mandatory for participants.
First aid and medical services will be available but must be covered by the group.
