Participation Information

Open to participants of all ages.

Participation Fee:

The participation fee is determined based on accommodation type: – 85 EUR per person (2 half boards, rooms with 2, 3, or 4 beds in 3-star hotels) – 110 EUR per person (2 half boards, rooms with 2 or 3 beds in 3-star hotels)
Discount:

Every 26th participant is free of charge (25 paying + 1 free).
Drivers are included in the total number of persons.

Payment Details:

– An approved group must pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, deducted from the final payment. – A reservation deposit of 20 EUR per person is required and also deducted from the final payment. – The remaining participation fee can be paid in cash upon arrival at the festival. – Groups cover all bank fees. – Cancellation less than five days before the festival results in the loss of the reservation deposit.

What’s Not Included:

– Transportation expenses (organizers can arrange bus services for air travelers at additional cost) – Insurance – Local transfers – Optional tours – Drinks not included in the half board – Other personal expenses – Damage caused by participants during the festival

Important Notes:

– Groups must provide their own music, either with an orchestra or USB/CD. – All participants must have international health insurance. – Group leaders are responsible for group conduct, and damages incurred during the festival are the group’s responsibility. – Groups should bring their country’s flag and a board displaying the group’s name. – The organizer reserves all rights to video and photos of participants and to any program changes, with prior notification. – Participation is confirmed once the application form is submitted and all festival terms are accepted.
