We are pleased to invite folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, art schools, ballroom dance groups, modern dance groups, and majorette teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XV International Music Festival “VENICE FEST.” The festival offers a unique opportunity to present the cultural traditions of different countries through dance and music while fostering friendships among participants.
Non-competitive performances of traditional and modern dances, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, and majorette teams. Participation is open to children’s, youth, and adult ensembles. A limit of 3 groups per country. Group size: 20 to 60 members (including dancers, managers, and musicians). Each ensemble must prepare at least 2 dances with a total performance time of 12 minutes. Performances will take place in the evenings, leaving the days free for sightseeing. Participants should bring their national flag. Groups must arrange their own transport to and from the festival.

The participation fee includes accommodation in 3-star hotels, offering half board (breakfast and dinner). The fee structure is as follows:
168 EUR per person for 3 nights (half board).
200 EUR per person for 4 nights (half board).
Triple and quadruple rooms will be provided in hotels like Hotel Rosmary, Tipo ***, Mazzini ***, Aldebaran ***, Apollo ***, Grifone ***, Da Bepi ***, etc. An additional charge of 10 EUR per person per day for double rooms. For every 25 participants, 1 group member is free of charge.
Accommodation with half board (2 meals per day). Welcome cocktails for group leaders. Souvenirs and gifts for each group. Certificate of attendance. Drinks during performances. Festival promotion on social media and posters.
Tourist city tax in Venice municipality: 2 EUR per person per day. Bus transfer from the airport to the hotel (additional charge). Optional extra nights: 43 EUR per person per day (half board). Optional additional meal (lunch): 8-10 EUR per person per day.
Day 1:
14:00: Arrival in Lido di Jesolo, hotel check-in, and beach time.
19:00-20:00: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00-23:00: Welcome reception for group leaders.
Day 2:
08:00-10:00: Breakfast.
10:00-15:00: Beach time or optional Venice sightseeing tour.
17:00-18:30: Dinner at the hotel.
19:00-23:00: Defile and festival evening at Piazza Torino, with certificate presentations and gift exchanges.
Day 3:
08:00-10:00: Breakfast.
10:00-15:00: Optional boat tour to Murano and Burano or free beach time.
17:30-18:30: Dinner at the hotel.
19:00-23:00: Free time in Venice.
Day 4:
08:00-10:00: Breakfast.
09:00-19:00: Beach time or optional Venice sightseeing tour.
19:00-20:30: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Party in the hotel (optional) or free time in Jesolo.
Day 5:
08:00-10:00: Breakfast.
12:00: Departure.
All participants are responsible for their own personal and health insurance. First aid and medical services will be available, but the costs must be covered by the participants.
Guided tour of Venice: St. Mark’s Square, Bell Tower of St. Mark, Clock Tower, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs, Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, and more.
Boat tour to the islands of Murano and Burano.
Beach time is also available for those who prefer to relax by the Adriatic Sea.
