Participation Information



Participants: Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world are welcome to participate.

Number of Participants: No limit on the number of participants.

Age Limits: Open to all ages.


Participation Fee


Youth Hostel Options:


  • Babilon Hostel: €149 per person (2 + 2 studio rooms, common bathroom). Supplement for a single room: €15 per person per day.

  • Easy one Go Cracow: €159 per person (triple-quadruple rooms).

  • Zaczek Hostel: €169 per person (twin rooms).



1-Star Hotel Options:


  • Za Kolumnami: €159 per person (twin rooms, private bathroom). Supplement for a single room: €15 per person per day.

  • Rok Hotel: €159 per person (2 + 3 studio rooms, common bathroom). Supplement for a single room: €15 per person per day.

  • Zaczek Hotel: €169 per person (twin rooms).



2-Star Hotel Options:


  • Hotel Alf: €169 per person (2 + 2 or 2 + 3 studio rooms, common bathroom). Supplement for a single room: €10 per person per day.

  • Hotel Krakowiak: €175 per person (twin rooms).



3-Star Hotel Options:


  • Hotel Zakliki: €169 per person (triple rooms). Supplement for a double room: €5 per person per day; single room: €10 per person per day.

  • Hotel Krakus: €189 per person (twin rooms). Supplement for a single room: €15 per person per day.



4-Star Hotel Option:


  • Premier Krakow Hotel: €189 per person (twin-triple rooms). Supplement for a single room: €20 per person per day.

Program Information



Schedule


8 August

Afternoon: Arrival in Krakow, check-in, and meeting with the organizers.

Evening: Dinner followed by a free program, including a walk along the Vistula River.


9 August

Morning: Breakfast and exploring the city of Krakow, including visits to its historic sites, museums, and art galleries.

Evening: Performance on the Main Square of Krakow (Rynek Główny) followed by dinner.


10 August

Morning: Breakfast.

Optional program: Boat trip on the Vistula River for a unique view of the city.

Evening: Gala concert performance on the Main Square of Krakow (Rynek Główny) followed by dinner.


11 August

Morning: Breakfast and departure of participants.

Excursions Information



Participants will have opportunities to explore Krakow’s rich history and culture, including visits to:


  • Wawel Castle

  • Main Market Square (Rynek Główny)

  • The Jewish Quarter


An optional boat trip on the Vistula River offers a unique perspective of the city, showcasing its historic buildings and landmarks along the banks. Various boat tour operators offer daytime sightseeing tours, evening dinner cruises, and party boats with live music and dancing.
