Participants: The festival is open to all folk and choir ensembles, orchestras, and majorettes, regardless of gender or age.
Group Size: Each participating group must have a maximum of 40-50 members. There is no age limit, but musicians and dancers must be under 10 years old.
Performance Duration: Each group is allowed to perform for 3 to 10 minutes, with a maximum of 12 minutes.
Media Submission: Participants must submit 5 different pictures and 1 video (including performance footage) about their group.
Performance Conditions: Performances will take place in designated open areas as determined by the festival committee. Participants can use USB or live music for their performances.
Group Requirements: Each group must bring their country’s flags and a minimum of 3 gifts.
Hotel: All participants will be accommodated at Sunshine Holiday Resort with an all-inclusive service (excluding alcohol).
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is on September 26 at 11:00 AM, and check-out is on September 30 starting at 11:00 AM after breakfast.
Fees: The participation fee is €130 for 4 all-inclusive days (4 nights, 5 days) in 3 or 4-bed rooms. For double rooms, there is an additional cost of €10 per day per person.
Complimentary Services: For every 20 participants, one member can attend for free.

Additional Information:
Insurance: Personal responsibility and health insurance are required. First aid and medical services will be available at the festival.
Prolonged Stay: Participants can extend their stay for €30 all-inclusive per day per person.
Transport from Airport: The festival will organize transport for groups arriving by plane from Antalya Airport.
Local Transport: The festival committee will provide free bus transport for groups arriving at the airport and for local transportation during the festival.
Guided Tours: A guide will accompany each group throughout the festival.
Welcome Reception: A welcome cocktail will be held with group leaders.
City Hall Reception: Groups will be welcomed at the city hall.
