Eligible Groups: Open to folklore, choral groups, majorette teams, vocal groups, ballroom dance teams, and art schools. Groups of all genders and ages (children, youth, adults) are welcome.
Participant Limit: Maximum of 3 groups per country, with each group consisting of up to 70 members (including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members).
Performance Requirements:
Folk ensembles: At least 2 folk dances (10-15 minutes each) with live music or USB. Choral groups: Prepare a free program lasting around 15 minutes. Documentation: Submit a brief group CV, 5 group photos, and bring your national flag.
Transport: Groups are responsible for their own transport to and from Durres.

Accommodation Information
Festival participants will stay at the 5-star Hotel Bonita, featuring a spa, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a private beach.
Fees:
€134 for 3 nights with two daily buffet meals.
€174 for 4 nights with two daily buffet meals.
Room Supplements: Additional double rooms are €10 per person per night; single rooms are €25 extra per person per night.
Tourist Tax: €1 per person per day.
Extended Stay Option: After the festival, participants can extend their stay at a special rate of €39 per night.

Insurance
Participants are responsible for their personal and health insurance. First aid and emergency services will be available; however, medical services must be covered by the group.
On your request, you can continue your stay in Durres. Price will be €39 in the 5-star Hotel Bonita – this price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide.
Program Information
Day 1: Arrival in Durres, hotel check-in, free time, welcome reception for group leaders. Day 2: Breakfast, sightseeing in Durres, evening parade and opening festival performance on the main square (10-15 minutes per group). Day 3: Breakfast, beach time or excursion to Kruje, evening performance at Hotel Bonita. Day 4: Breakfast, free day (beach or shopping), dinner, disco party. Day 5: Breakfast, departure of participants.
Excursions Information
City of Durres: Known for its rich history, Durres is home to the Durrës Castle and the largest ancient amphitheater in the Balkans, which is under consideration for UNESCO World Heritage status. The city attracts around 800,000 tourists annually, offering traditional beach tourism and vibrant urban experiences.
Sightseeing & Excursions:
Day 2: Sightseeing in Durres. Day 3: Free time at the beach or an optional visit to the historic city of Kruje, including entrance to monuments and museums (€2). Transportation:
By plane: Direct flights available to Tirana Airport with low-cost Wizz Air flights; transport from the airport can be arranged at additional cost. By bus: Groups arriving via Ohrid, Macedonia, have the option to stay 2 nights in Ohrid with an additional concert organized there.
