Participation Information



Eligibility: Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from around the world are welcome. There are no age limits, and group sizes are unlimited.
Participation Fee: €169 per person.
Additional Days: €55 per person per day.
Free Place: Groups of 25 receive one group leader free of charge.

Fee Includes:
– Performance slots in festival concerts.
– Accommodation in 3-star apartments or mobile homes.
– Half-board buffet (lunch/dinner drinks included).
– Festival diplomas and gifts.
– Free on-site parking.

Not Included in Fee:
– Single accommodation supplement: €30 per person per day.
– Double accommodation supplement: €15 per person per day.
– Transport, insurance, and optional excursions.
– Tourist tax: Approx. €1.50 per person daily (50% discount for ages 12-17; free for under-12s).

Accommodation Information



Participants stay at the Zaton Holiday Resort in comfortable 3-star apartments or mobile homes equipped with modern amenities:

Facilities: Kitchen/dining area, terrace/balcony, bathroom, air-conditioning, safe deposit box, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and hairdryer.
Additional Amenities: Outdoor furniture, dishwashing essentials, and drying rack.
Cleaning: Trash collection daily, weekly linen exchange, and towel changes twice weekly.

The resort offers a delightful setting, featuring one of Croatia’s best sandy beaches, with accessible paths and recreational facilities for both relaxation and various beach and water activities.

Program Information



Day 1: Arrival and Beach Time (September 19)
Afternoon: Arrival and check-in at Zaton Resort; welcome meeting with organizers.
Evening: Leisure time on Zaton’s sandy beach, ideal for all ages, with shaded spots, playgrounds, and sports facilities.
Dinner: Served at the resort.

Day 2: Zadar Visit and Evening Performance (September 20)
Morning: Breakfast followed by beach time or a boat trip.
Afternoon: Guided sightseeing in Zadar, the historic Dalmatian capital, featuring attractions such as the Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun, and St. Donat’s Church.
Evening: Performance on Zaton Resort’s stage; gifts and diplomas presented by Muzsa Office.
Dinner: Served at the resort.

Day 3: Nin Visit and Final Performance (September 21)
Morning: Breakfast, beach time, and exploration of Nin, Croatia’s oldest royal town with ancient churches and archaeological sites.
Evening: Performance in Nin’s main square; gifts presented by the town of Nin.
Dinner: Served at the resort.

Day 4: Departure (September 22)
Morning: Breakfast and farewell to participants.

Excursions Information



Participants will have opportunities to explore Celje and nearby attractions during free program time, such as:

Rogla Plateau: Known for its hiking trails, forests, and meadow landscapes. Popular sites include Lovrenška jezera, Ribnica Hut, Osankarica, and Lake Črno jezero.
Optional: Treetop Walk Pohorje – an elevated forest walk with breathtaking views.

Celje: Known as the Town of Princes, featuring medieval Celje Castle, green urban areas, and the unique Žalec Green Gold Fountain.

Mozirje: A picturesque town in the Upper Savinja Valley, known for its alpine scenery, Golte Landscape Park, and wellness centers.

Maribor: The cultural heart of the Štajerska region, surrounded by wine-growing hills and historic attractions, including the world’s oldest vine, numerous festivals, and top culinary experiences.
