Participation Information
The XI International Spring Festival “Garda’s Lake” celebrates diverse artistic talents, uniting participants from across the globe to share their cultural heritage. Held against the breathtaking backdrop of Garda’s Lake in Italy, this inclusive, non-political event promotes cultural exchange and harmony while rejecting any form of discrimination or intolerance.
Participants are encouraged to bring their national flags, name panels, and a small gift for exchange. Performances by folk dance and song groups, choirs, instrumental ensembles, orchestras, marching bands, majorettes, modern and hip-hop dance groups, fashion theaters, and oriental dance performers are featured.
Performance Details:
– Program duration: Up to 10 minutes per concert
– Music: Both live and recorded music permitted
– Recognition: All groups will receive a Diploma and a Plaque, with team leaders and sponsors receiving thank-you letters upon request.
Media Coverage:
Performances will be broadcast on Italian national and regional TV channels, radio, and featured in newspapers and magazines.
Registration Process:
1. Fill out the application form and send it with a brief biography and color photos via email.
2. Pay a 30% advance deposit to confirm participation.
3. Submit the final list of participants (names, birthdates, and passport details) by 25 March 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
– Up to 60 days before arrival: No penalty
– 59 to 15 days before arrival: Deposit withheld and an additional 50% penalty
– Force majeure: Deposit transferable to Sopravista festivals within three years
