We are delighted to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, and art schools (children, youth, and adult groups) to the XI International Music & Dance Festival “SEYSCHELLY MUSIC FEST”, taking place from November 24 to 30, 2025, on the stunning Island of Mahé, Seychelles.
– Purpose: Celebrate cultural traditions, establish friendships, and share culture through dance and music in the breathtaking Seychelles.
– Concept: Performances will take place on streets and squares, bringing music closer to people.
– Participation is open to all groups; the festival is non-competitive.
– Participation is limited to 3 groups per country.
– Groups should not exceed 50 members, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
– Performances should be 15 minutes long (live or USB).
– Choral groups and orchestras should prepare a 15-minute free program.
– Each group must send a CV in English, 5 photos, and a video link of a performance.
– The Seychelles International Airport on Mahé is the arrival and departure hub.
– Groups arriving a day earlier or leaving a day later must inform organizers for approval.
– EU participants do not need a visa for Seychelles.
Participants will stay at the luxurious 4-star Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort:
– 4 nights/5 days (4 BB): €179 per person.
– 5 nights/6 days (5 BB): €229 per person.
– Rooms: Triple rooms (double rooms available for an extra €15 per night per person).
– Amenities: Outdoor swimming pool, gym, and beach access.
– Location: 16 km from Seychelles International Airport.
– Dinner: Available at €20 per person per night.
– Tourist tax: €2 per person per day.
– Special offer: Extend your stay for €49 BB per night for triple rooms.
– For every 35 paying participants, 1 participant is free (35+1).

Day 2:

– 10:00–18:00 Sightseeing tours of islands (optional).
– 21:00 Socialization party at the hotel.
Day 3:

– 10:30–16:00 Beach time or excursions.
– 21:00 Rehearsals at the hotel.
Day 4:
– 09:00–10:00 Breakfast (buffet).
– 10:30–17:00 Beach time or excursions.
– 18:00–21:00 Festival evening (15-minute group performances).
Day 5:
– 09:00–11:00 Breakfast (buffet).
