Participation Information
We are delighted to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, modern dance groups, and majorette teams to join the XI International Music & Folk-Dance Festival “Paralia Summer Fest,” from June 13–17, 2025, in Paralia, Katerini, Greece. Open to children, youth, and adult groups, this festival aims to celebrate cultural traditions and foster friendships through dance and music, bringing performances to the streets and squares of Paralia and Olympic Beach.
General Rules:
Non-competitive festival for traditional and modern dances and music.
Open to folk and choral groups, orchestras, modern dance groups, vocal and instrumental groups, soloists, and other art styles.
Limited to 3 groups per country, with each group including up to 50 members (dancers, managers, and musicians).
Each ensemble should prepare two folk dances, totaling 15–20 minutes (with orchestra or USB). Choral groups should prepare a 15-minute program.
Performances are held in the evening; participants can explore the historical city and enjoy excursions during the day.
Groups are required to send a brief CV, group photos, and bring a national flag.
Groups must arrange their own transportation to and from the festival.
