Participation Information

Participant Eligibility:

Age limit: All performers must be up to 18 years old.

Group size: Maximum of 40 people per group.

Musical format: Groups can perform with live music or USB playback.

Performance preparation: Each group will prepare a performance between 3-12 minutes for open-air stages.

Documentation Requirements:

Each participating group is required to submit 5 photos and a video demonstrating their performances.

Flags of each participating country and a minimum of three gifts are requested for exchange during the festival.

Language: The official festival language is English.

Participation Fee:

€120 for 4 days (4 nights, 5 days) all-inclusive stay at the 4-star Sunshine Holiday Resort.

€150 for 5 days (5 nights, 6 days) all-inclusive stay.

For double rooms, there is an additional €10 per person per day.

Free Inclusions:

For every 20 participants, 1 person is free.

Souvenirs and a certificate of attendance for each group.

Drinks during performances.

A welcome cocktail for group leaders.

Tourist guides for Fethiye sightseeing, including a city hall reception.

Free bus parking and local transportation.
