PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
The XI International Cappadocia Festival will be held from July 11 to 15, 2025, in Cappadocia, Turkey. The festival invites folk ensembles, choral groups, ballroom dance teams, art schools, music theatres, modern dance teams, orchestras, and majorette teams, including children and youth groups, to participate. There is no limit on the number of participants. Performances can use live music or USB recordings, and groups are required to bring their national flags. Performances, lasting from 3 to 10 minutes (with choir groups performing up to 20 minutes), will be held daily on a 10×12-meter concrete floor stage in open-air venues, determined by the festival committee. The festival language is English, and each group will be provided with a guide. Participant groups must submit five photos and one video showcasing their performances.
The participation fee is 180 EUR per person for 4 nights’ accommodation with half-board (breakfast and dinner). The cost of double rooms is 49 EUR and single rooms are 90 EUR per night. For every 25 dancers, one leader receives a free pass. Included are a welcome cocktail for group leaders, certificates, souvenirs, drinks during performances, complimentary bus parking, and festival advertising. Health insurance and personal liability are the responsibility of participants, but first aid and medical services will be available. Upon arrival, groups will receive a detailed festival program, and after the event, photos and videos will be shared.
