Participation Information

We warmly invite folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, and majorette teams, including children, youth, and adult ensembles, to participate in the XI International Bartin Amasra Culture Fest, held from July 21st to 26th, in Bartin, Turkey.

This festival serves as an opportunity to showcase the cultural traditions of various countries and foster connections between performers through music and dance. Participants will have the chance to present traditional and modern dances, choral performances, brass bands, orchestras, and majorette routines in Bartin’s beautiful coastal setting.

– The festival is non-competitive. – Only 3 groups from each country may participate. – Each group can include up to 70 members, including dancers, musicians, managers, and family members. – Each group should prepare at least 2 folk dances (10-15 minutes each), with or without orchestra, or a 15-minute choral program. – Performances will take place in the evening, allowing ample time for sightseeing and excursions during the day. – Please submit a short CV and photos of your group, and bring your country’s flag. – Groups are responsible for their own transport to and from the event.
