Participation Information:



We cordially invite folk ensembles, choral groups, ballroom dance teams, art schools, music theatre, modern dance teams, orchestras, and majorette teams (both children and youth groups) to participate in the XI International Antalya Youth Festival, taking place from May 18-24 in Side, Antalya, Turkey.

– There is no limit to the number of participants or age restrictions.
– Participants may use USB or live music for their performances.
– Groups must submit 5 different pictures and 1 video showcasing their performances.
– Performances will be held in designated open areas (8×10 meters), as determined by the festival committee.
– Performance duration is limited to 10 minutes.
– The festival committee will oversee weather conditions and provide security for all participants.
– Groups arriving at Antalya Airport will receive free local transportation by bus.
– Each group must bring the flag of their country.

Accommodation Information:



– Participants must arrive on May 18 (check-in time is 14:00) and depart on May 24 (check-out time is 11:00).
– Early check-in is available at an additional charge of 15 EUR per person, including food and beverage service (not room).
– Late check-out is available at the same rate, also including food and beverage service (not room).
– Accommodation is in 5-star hotels, with ultra-all-inclusive service.
– Room options:
Triple rooms: 1 French bed and 1 single bed.
Quadruple rooms: 1 French bed, 1 single bed, and 1 extra bed (smaller than other beds).
Double rooms: An additional charge of 43 EUR per day per person.
Single rooms: An additional charge of 77 EUR per day per person.
– The participation fee of 190 EUR covers 5 nights and 6 days of accommodation in a 5-star hotel from May 18-24, with ultra-all-inclusive service.

Program Information:



The festival program will run as follows:

Day 1 (May 18):
– 10:00–12:00: Welcome and hotel check-in.
– 12:00–16:00: Free time in hotel (Swimming pool/sea).
– 12:30–14:00: Lunch.
– 17:00–18:00: Meeting with directors and choreographers.
– 18:30–20:00: Dinner.

Day 2 (May 19):
– 08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 12:30–14:00: Lunch.
– 14:30–19:00: Hotel activities (Swimming pool/sea).
– 19:00–20:00: Dinner.
– 20:30–22:30: Parade and performances (maximum 10 minutes per group).

Day 3 (May 20):
– 08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 10:00–12:30: Hotel activities (Swimming pool/sea).
– 12:30–13:30: Lunch.
– 13:30–16:00: Yacht tour.
– 17:00–19:00: Free time.
– 19:00–20:00: Dinner and party in hotel.

Day 4 (May 21):
– 08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 10:00–12:00: Free time in hotel (Swimming pool/sea).
– 12:00–13:00: Lunch.
– 11:00–16:00: Aquapark.
– 19:30–20:30: Dinner.
– 20:30–22:30: Free time.

Day 5 (May 22):
– 08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 11:00–12:30: Free time in hotel (Swimming pool/sea).
– 12:30–14:30: Lunch.
– 14:30–18:30: Free time (Side Ancient City, Manavgat Waterfall, Shopping).
– 19:00–20:00: Dinner.
– 20:30–22:30: Performances (maximum 8 minutes per group).

Day 6 (May 23):
– 08:00–10:00: Breakfast.
– 10:00–12:00: Free time in hotel (Swimming pool/sea).
– 12:00–13:00: Lunch.
– 11:00–16:00: Excursions to the Land of Legends.
– 19:30–20:30: Dinner.

Day 7 (May 24):
– 07:30–10:00: Breakfast.
– 11:00: Departure.

The festival organizers provide:
– For every 25 dancers, 1 free participant.
– Souvenirs and gifts for each group.
– Welcome cocktail with group leaders.
– Certificates of attendance.
– Drinks during performances.
– Free bus parking.
– Festival advertising (social media, posters, and flyers).

Insurance Information:



– Participants are responsible for their own personal and health insurance.
– First aid and medical services will be available, but medical expenses must be covered by the group.
– The festival will adhere to local and national COVID-19 regulations for the event.

For groups arriving at Antalya Airport, an airport transfer fee of 35 EUR per person (round trip) applies. This transport is provided by the festival committee, with additional guidance for arrangements.

The festival organizers will provide a detailed program upon arrival, and each group will have a guide throughout the festival.

Excursions Information:



During free time, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the following excursions:
Yacht Tour: Included in the program.
Aquapark: 25 EUR per person (with extra payment).
Land of Legends: With extra payment (for interested groups).
Manavgat Waterfall & Side Ancient City: Included in the program.
Boat Trip: 12 EUR per person (with extra payment).
