PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
We invite folk ensembles, choral groups, ballroom dance teams, art schools, music theatres, modern dance teams, orchestras, and majorette teams (children and youth groups) to participate in the XI International Antalya Dance & Music Festival, taking place from May 4th to May 10th, 2025, in Side, Antalya.
Arrival & Departure: Participants are required to check in on May 4th (check-in time is 14:00) and depart on May 10th (check-out time is 11:00).
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: The cost for early check-in and late check-out is 15 Euro per person, which includes food and beverage service, but does not cover room charges.
Participation Conditions: There is no limit on the number of participants, and there is no age limit for participation. Participants may use USB or live music for their performances. Groups must submit 5 pictures and 1 performance video.
Performance Details: The festival committee will assign the performance area. Performances will take place in open-air spaces measuring 8×10 meters, and each group’s performance should last between 3 to 6 minutes, with a maximum length of 10 minutes.
Security & Transport: The festival committee will ensure the safety of all participants. Local transport for groups will be provided by the festival committee. Airport transfers are available for groups arriving at Antalya Airport (cost: 35 Euro per person for round trip).
Group Flags: Each group should bring their country’s flag to the event.
