Participation Information:

The festival is open to folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world. There is no limit to the number of participants, and there are no age restrictions.

Participation Fee: 195 EUR per person.
Additional Days: Can be booked for 65 EUR per person per day.
Group Discount: For groups of 26 participants, one group leader can attend free of charge.

Participation Fee Includes:

Participation in the festival concerts.
Accommodation in 3-star hotels with half-board.
Diplomas and gifts to honor each group’s participation.

Participation Fee Does Not Include:

Transport.
Optional programs (not arranged by the organizers).
Tourist tax (2 EUR per person per day, to be paid on-site).
Air conditioning (5 EUR per room per day, to be paid on-site).

Accommodation Information:

Participants will stay in comfortable 3-star hotels, offering cozy rooms for a pleasant stay.

Room Arrangement: 3-bedded rooms are provided as standard.
Room Supplements:
Double rooms: 6 EUR per person per day.
Single rooms: 18 EUR per person per day (maximum of two single rooms per group).
Meals: Half-board accommodation is included (breakfast and dinner).

Program Information:

The festival offers a balanced mix of relaxation, cultural experiences, and exciting performances.

Day 1: Arrive in Lido di Jesolo in the afternoon and check into your 3-star hotel. Enjoy free time to explore Jesolo’s lively streets or relax at the beach. In the evening, attend a welcoming meeting with the festival organizers and enjoy an Italian dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: After a hearty breakfast, enjoy a day of fun with sightseeing. Visit attractions such as the Tropicarium, Sea Life Jesolo, Gommapiuma Jesolo, or the thrilling Aqualandia Waterpark. Later in the day, participate in the festival performance at Jesolo’s main square, Piazza Aurora, in front of an enthusiastic audience. Afterward, each group will receive gifts and diplomas. End the day with dinner and rest.

Day 3: After breakfast, embark on your chosen excursion to Venice or Padova. In the evening, enjoy free time on Jesolo’s beaches or explore the nightlife before celebrating the success of your festival journey.

Day 4: Enjoy your final breakfast in Jesolo before departing with unforgettable memories of the cultural exchange, the beautiful beaches, and the vibrant atmosphere of Jesolo and Venice.

Excursions Information:

Participants will have the opportunity to explore the cultural and historical beauty of the surrounding region during their stay in Jesolo.

Day 3 Excursions: Choose between two exciting destinations:
Venice: Explore world-famous landmarks such as St. Mark’s Square, the Bell Tower, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, and Rialto Bridge over the Grand Canal.
Padova: Discover the beauty of Saint Anthony’s Cathedral, the frescoes in Scrovegni’s Chapel, and Prato della Valle, one of Europe’s largest squares.

After the excursion, enjoy free time in Jesolo or opt for an optional boat trip along the coast.
