Participation Information


The Belgrade International Choir Fest welcomes mixed, female, and male choirs with participants aged 16 and older. There is no restriction on the number of singers in each choir. However, the organizers reserve the right to limit the number of choirs if an excessive number of applications are received. Participating choirs are required to prepare a program of up to 30 minutes, with a preference for including at least one piece from their country of origin. The repertoire may consist of secular or sacred compositions by contemporary or classical composers. Choirs will have one or two performances, depending on the total number of participants. At the festival’s conclusion, all choirs will unite to perform a designated “Festival Hymn.”

Application Conditions:
To participate, choirs must submit:

Completed application form
Choir’s CV
Choir conductor’s CV
Recent photos of the choir
A video or YouTube showcasing their performance
Approved groups must initially pay a 10% guarantee fee, which will be deducted from the final payment. A subsequent reservation fee of 30 Euros per person is required and will also be deducted from the final payment. All bank fees are to be covered by the group. The remaining participation fee can be paid in cash upon arrival at the festival. Note: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the festival will result in the loss of the reservation fee.

Transport (festival organizers can arrange buses at the group’s cost if arriving by plane)

Costs for any damages caused by participants during the festival
All festival participants must have their own international health insurance. Group leaders are responsible for their group’s behavior in accordance with hotel policies and festival rules, and any damage caused will be the responsibility of the group. By applying, groups consent to these terms and grant the organizer rights to use any photos or videos of the participants. Program changes may be made at the organizer’s discretion with timely notification.

Accommodation Information


3* Hotels
Bed and Breakfast (3 nights): 110 Euros per person, with rooms available for two or three guests. An additional 25 Euros for single occupancy.
Half Board (3 nights): 155 Euros per person in 4* hotels.

4* Hotels
Bed and Breakfast (3 nights): 149 Euros per person, with rooms for two or three guests. An additional 30 Euros for single occupancy.
For every 25 paying participants, the 26th person is free of charge. Drivers are included in the total headcount.

Program Information



Choirs will perform one or two concerts based on the total number of participants. The performances should showcase secular and sacred works, and include at least one piece from the choir’s country of origin. At the festival’s conclusion, all choirs will join together to perform a “Festival Hymn.” The detailed program will be provided to all participants upon confirmation of their application.

Excursions Information



The participation fee does not include transport expenses such as airport transfers. However, the organizers can arrange bus transportation for the group at the group’s cost. Optional excursions and tours, as well as any local transfers or insurance, must be arranged separately. All such costs, along with hospitality and other non-covered expenses, are the responsibility of the group.
