We are thrilled to extend an invitation to folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, and art schools (for children, youth, and adult participants) to join us for the V International Music & Dance Festival “DUBAI SPRING FESTIVAL”. This remarkable festival is part of an international event in Dubai, designed to celebrate and showcase the rich cultural traditions of diverse nations.
Festival Objectives:
Our goal is to foster cultural exchange and create lasting friendships among participants through the universal languages of music and dance. The festival aims to bring music to the streets and squares of Dubai, inviting audiences to experience the vibrancy of our cultures in this iconic global city.

Dubai is renowned for its luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture, and vibrant nightlife. Home to the iconic Burj Khalifa and the stunning Dubai Fountain, this emirate offers a breathtaking backdrop for our festival. Discover more about this incredible city at Visit Dubai.
General Participation Guidelines:
Non-Competitive Format: The festival is a showcase of talent, not a competition.
Group Limitations: A maximum of three groups from each country may participate.
Participant Cap: Each group should consist of no more than 40 members, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
Performance Length:
Each ensemble is to prepare a 12-15 minute program (live or via USB).
Choral groups should present a 12-minute free program.
Submission Requirements:
A brief group biography (5-6 sentences in English)
Five high-resolution photos of the group
A link to a video performance
A flag representing your country
Transportation: Groups are responsible for their own transport arrangements for arrival and departure.
Participation Fees:
€179 for 4 BB (4 nights/5 days with breakfast)
€228 for 5 BB (5 nights/6 days with breakfast)
Accommodation in a 4-star hotel (MD Hotel Al Barsha or Grand Excelsior Al Barsha).
Triple rooms are included; additional costs for double (€15) and single (€47) rooms.
Optional dinner (open buffet) available for €20 per person.

Complimentary participation for one member for every 31 dancers

Insurance:
Participants are required to secure their own personal and health insurance. First aid and medical services will be readily available.
Additional Information:
Extended Stay Rate: €49 BB in 4-star hotels (triple rooms).
Tourist Tax: €2.50 per person per day.
EU citizens do not require a visa for Dubai.
Transportation:
We will arrange transfers from the airport, with costs covered by participating groups. Direct flights and transfer options are available.
