Participation Information:



We are pleased to invite majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands from around the world to participate in the Majorette & Orchestra Festival “Pula Parade of Harmony,” taking place from June 26 to June 30, in Pula, Rovinj, and Rijeka, Croatia.

The festival aims to present the cultural traditions of different countries and provide an opportunity for participants to come together, establish friendships, and present their culture through music and dance.

Eligibility: The festival is open to majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands. Groups of children, youth, and adults are welcome.
Program Duration: Groups should prepare a program lasting 12-15 minutes.
Flag: Each group is required to bring the flag of their country.
Group Size: The maximum number of participants per group is 80 people (including musicians, dancers, leaders, and family members). Only 3 groups from one country can participate.
Application: Groups must send a short CV and photos by email to the festival organizers.
Transport: Groups are responsible for their own transport to and from the festival. If arriving by plane, the festival committee can assist with transfer arrangements, at an additional cost.

Accommodation Information:



The festival will be held in the beautiful 3-star Tourist Resort Duga Uvala, located in the Istrian Peninsula, offering comfortable accommodations and excellent amenities.

Accommodation Details:

Standard rooms in triple and quadruple configurations.
Meal Plan: Half-board (HB) with two meals per day (open buffet with non-alcoholic beverages and local beer during dinner).
Prices:
149 EUR for 3 nights (HB).
189 EUR for 4 nights (HB).
Double Rooms: Additional 11 EUR per person per day.
Group Leader: For groups of 25 persons, one group leader stays free of charge (25+1; 48+2).
Hotel Amenities:

The hotel features its own beach and swimming pools.
Free parking is available for festival participants.
The hotel also provides souvenir gifts and a certificate of participation for each group.
Optional Extended Stay: Participants can extend their stay in Istria at a special rate of 48 EUR per person per day (HB).

Additional Charges: Tourist tax and insurance are 1.80 EUR per person per day and are payable additionally.

Program Information:



The festival program is designed to allow plenty of time for relaxation, cultural exchange, rehearsals, and performances. Below is a detailed breakdown of the daily activities:

Day 1:

14:00: Arrival and check-in at the hotel, free time (beach time).
18:00–20:00: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Meeting with the festival representative at the hotel.
Day 2:

07:00–10:00: Breakfast.
10:00–15:00: Free time (beach or excursions).
18:30–20:00: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Rehearsal for the festival.
Day 3:

07:00–10:00: Breakfast.
10:00–18:00: Free time (beach or excursions).
18:00–20:00: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Festival evening in Pula square.
Day 4:

07:00–10:00: Breakfast.
10:00–18:00: Free time (beach or excursions).
18:00–20:00: Dinner at the hotel.
21:00: Disco Party at the hotel.
Day 5:

07:00–10:00: Breakfast.
12:00: Departure.
Optional Additional Day:

Day 5:
