Participation Information:

We are pleased to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, ballroom dance teams, art schools, music theatre groups, modern dance teams, orchestras, and majorette teams (children and youth groups) to participate in the International Art Festival in Montecatini, “Wonder of Tuscany,” which will be held in Montecatini, Italy, from 05–08 July 2024.

Festival Participants:

Folk dance ensembles
Folk bands
Orchestras
Majorettes
Modern dance groups
Choirs
Music bands
There are no age limits for participants, and the number of participants is not restricted.

Participation Fee:

169 EUR per person for 3-star hotels in triple rooms
189 EUR per person for 3-star+ hotels in triple rooms

Additional fees:
Supplement for a double room: 8 EUR per person per day
Supplement for a single room: 20 EUR per person per day
Additional days can be booked at 55 EUR per person per day (for 3-star hotels) or 62 EUR per person per day (for 3-star+ hotels)
For groups of 25 people, one group leader stays free of charge in a double room.

The participation fee includes:

Participation in the festival concert
Half-board accommodation (extended continental breakfast + dinner, three-course meal)
Air conditioning
Diplomas and gifts

The participation fee does not include:

Transport
Optional programs (not arranged by the organizers)
Insurance
Tourist tax: 2 EUR per person per day (payable on-site at the hotel)

Accommodation Information:

Accommodation for festival participants is provided in selected hotels in Montecatini Terme. Participants can choose between 3-star and 3-star+ hotels.

Participants can opt for a double or single room for an additional fee. Accommodation includes:

Day 1:

Afternoon arrival at Montecatini Terme
Accommodation at hotels and meeting with group leaders
Free program in Montecatini – Montecatini Alto, Piazza Giuseppe Giusti, Fontana Guidotti, Basilica Santa Maria Assunta, Grotta Maona
Dinner and overnight stay

Day 2:

Breakfast
Optional program – Thermal baths in Montecatini
Sightseeing in Lucca – Puccini Museum, Torre delle Ore, Chiesa di Santa Maria, Piazza Anfiteatro
Sightseeing in Pisa – Leaning Tower of Pisa, Piazza dei Miracoli, Duomo di Pisa, Battistero
Dinner

Day 3:

Excursions Information:

Montecatini Terme offers a variety of optional excursions and sightseeing tours to explore the beautiful region of Tuscany. Some of the recommended excursions include:

Thermal Baths: Option for participants to enjoy the renowned Montecatini spas.

Sightseeing in Lucca: Visit the Puccini Museum, Torre delle Ore, Chiesa di Santa Maria, and Piazza Anfiteatro.

Sightseeing in Pisa: Explore the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, Piazza dei Miracoli, Duomo di Pisa, and Battistero.

Tour to the Ligurian Sea: Visit Livorno or Viareggio for a coastal experience.

Sightseeing in Florence: Visit iconic landmarks like Piazza del Duomo, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Palazzo Vecchio, River Arno, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, and the Uffizi Gallery.

Optional Excursions (Day 4):
San Miniato: Visit the Palazzo del Seminario, Rocca Federico II, and Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta e di San Genesio.
