Accommodation Information

Participants will be accommodated in three-star hotels, such as Brezza*** and Jasmine***, based on half-board service (breakfast and dinner).

Participation Fees:

• 245 Euro per person for 5 nights (3 or 4 beds per room).


• 215 Euro per person for 4 nights (3 or 4 beds per room).


• An additional free seat is provided for every 26 participants (25 + 1).

Payment Details:

To confirm participation, a group must pay 1300€ in advance. The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before the festival, either via bank transfer or upon arrival, as agreed with the organizer. Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable in case of non-attendance for any reason.

Participation fee includes:

• Hotel accommodation in three-star hotels (half-board).


• Festival organization expenses.


• Degrees and certificates.


• Program leading and professional assistance.


• Inviting letter.

Participation fee does not include:

• Tourist tax for hotels in Rimini (up to 3€ per person per day).


• Optional tours (e.g., San Marino, Venice, Bologna).


• Supplements for double rooms (6€ per person per day) or single rooms (30€ per person per day).


• Additional half-board day (45€ per person).


• Visa and health insurance.


• Trip expenses, airport transfers, and other transportation, if needed.
