Who Can Participate: Folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, choir ensembles, instrumental groups, orchestras, and performers from other art disciplines are welcome to apply.
Group Limit: A maximum of 3 groups from each country will be accepted.
Performance Requirements: Each ensemble must prepare at least 2 folk dances with a total performance duration of 10-12 minutes. Please upload your soundtrack no later than 3 weeks before the festival.
Submission Deadline: 20 days before the festival, groups must submit a short resume in English (5-6 sentences) and 5 photos of the group.
Flag Requirement: All groups are required to bring the flag of their country.
Transport: For an additional fee, transportation services will be provided within the festival framework.
Accommodation Package: The cost of participation is 220 euros per person, which covers full board (4 nights and 3 meals per day). This includes accommodation in hotels and apartments.
Payment Terms: An advance payment of 30% of the total cost must be transferred to the organizer’s account.
Group Benefits: For every 25 dancers, one participant will be accommodated for free.
