Participation Information

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the XIII International Music & Folk-Dance Festival “BARCELONA FEST”, taking place from June 25-29 in Barcelona, Lloret de Mar, and Blanes, Spain. The festival is open to folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, and majorette teams of all ages (children, youth, and adults).
The festival is organized in cooperation with the municipalities of Barcelona, Blanes, Lloret de Mar, and supported by the local tourist organizations. It offers an excellent opportunity for international cultural exchange and showcases performances in prime locations across these cities.

Participation Fee

199 € per person for 4 nights full board (FB) accommodation in a 3* or 4* hotel (includes 3 meals per day).
The participation fee includes:

Accommodation on a full-board basis (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Festival participation
Plaques, souvenirs, diploma, and a group photo
Assistance and support throughout the festival
The participation fee does not include:

Optional excursions, night outs, or parties
Sightseeing tours
Bus parking fees (where applicable)
Foreign city tax
Passenger insurance
Other personal expenses
Supplements:

Additional stay: 49 € per person, per day for 3* hotel
Double room supplement: 10 € per person, per day
Single room supplement: 25 € per person, per day
