Participation Information

We are pleased to invite folk groups, choral groups, orchestras, art schools, ballroom dance groups, modern dance groups, and majorette teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the inaugural International Music & Dance Festival “Ekrene.” The festival’s goal is to showcase the cultural traditions of various countries while providing opportunities for participants to form international friendships through music and dance.

Song Categories: Pop, popular, and folk songs.
Dance Categories: Hip-hop, modern, and folk dances.
The festival is open to individual performers and groups without any age restrictions. Performances will be divided into the following categories:

Song Category:
Individual performers: up to 5 minutes.
Groups: up to 8 minutes.

Dance Category:
Individual performers: up to 5 minutes.
Groups: up to 15 minutes.

All participants will take part in the official Parade and the Gala concert. Additional performances may be arranged upon request. A detailed concert program will be shared after the registration deadline.

Important Rules:

The organizers have the right to document, broadcast, film, and distribute event materials without compensation.
Group leaders/individual performers are responsible for any accidents or injuries during performances.
Participants are responsible for their own transport and accommodation costs.
Technical and stage provisions are covered by the organizers.
The organizers are not responsible for costumes, props, or personal belongings.
Performances with inappropriate lyrics or unsafe practices (e.g., use of burning substances, dangerous objects) are prohibited.
Every participant will receive a certificate of participation.
