The jury retains the right not to award prizes if no worthy candidates are present and may duplicate certain placements at its discretion.
Jury Composition:
The jury is formed by the Organizing Committee, comprising specialists in culture and art, including composers, singers, choreographers, and teachers. Their decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Performance Requirements:
Participants will present two shows (3-5 minutes each). In the final concert, only one show will be presented. Music can be live or via phonogram. Participants must submit their program, audio, video files of previous performances, and promotional materials with their application.

Accommodation Options (per person for 10 days, including meals and in-country transportation):
€250: 10 days at a 2-star hotel (3- and 4-bed rooms)
€350: 10 days at a 2-star hotel (2, 3, and 4-bed rooms)
€400: 10 days at a 3-star hotel (2- and 3-bed rooms)
€500: 10 days at a 5-star hotel (2- and 3-bed rooms)
Special Offers:
Every 16th group member is free.
Supplement for double room: €5 per day per person.
Supplement for single room: €10 per day per person.

Payment Details:
Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee, which will be deducted from the final payment.
A 50% advance payment of the total fee is required, with the remaining 40% due one month before the festival.

Excursion Information
Participants will have opportunities for optional excursions during the festival. The planned excursions include:
Day 3: Optional excursion to Makhuntseti Waterfalls (free day in Kobuleti if not chosen).
Day 5: Optional excursion to Kutaisi and Prometheus Cave (cost: €15 per person + entrance fees). Groups not choosing the excursion will have a free day in Kobuleti.
Day 7: Day trip to Ureki (beach day with magnetic black sand).
Day 8: Evening and night excursion in Batumi (free day in Kobuleti in the first half).
Day 9: Trip to Ureki or free day in Kobuleti.
Entrance Fees:

Ticket prices include guide service in Georgian, English, Russian, and German languages.
