Participation Information



The festival aims to foster mutual understanding, friendship, and cultural exchange among people from various nations, promoting peace and good neighborly ties. This dynamic event provides a platform for artistic expression, welcoming talented young performers from around the globe. Participants can showcase their artistic skills regardless of their age or art form, gaining valuable experience to inspire future endeavors.

Eligibility:

Open to dancers aged 8 years and older.
Accepting singing ensembles, majorettes, choruses, folk dance, and modern dance groups.

Performance Guidelines:

Performance durations: 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
Music can be live or pre-recorded (CD).
Participants are encouraged to bring national flags (2 large and small flags matching the group size), souvenirs, postcards, books, brochures, and other items representing their culture for exhibitions and cultural exchange activities.

Awards and Recognition:

Competitions will honor winners with three degrees of diplomas in each nomination.
All participating groups will receive awards and diplomas from the festival’s founders, organizers, and sponsors.

Competition Fees:

Soloist: €50
Duet: €40 per participant
Trio: €30 per participant
Groups: €15 per participant

Accommodation Information



Accommodation during the festival will be provided with a range of options to ensure comfort for all participants.

Participation Fee:

€195 per person for 4 nights (All-Inclusive, excluding alcohol).

Room Details:

Rooms with 2-3 beds are available.
Single rooms can be booked at an additional cost of €25 per person, per night.

Extended Stay:

Participants may arrive before the festival to rehearse and adapt.
Additional daily fee: €40 per person, per day (for participants and leaders).

Program Information



Medical Insurance:

Participants must secure valid medical insurance before attending the festival. The organizing committee does not cover medical or hospital expenses, although emergency situations will be supported with an ambulance service.

Airport Transfers:

Transfer rates from Antalya Airport are as follows:
For 5 people: €60/person
For 10 people: €45/person
For 20 people: €35/person
For 50 people: €30/person
For groups of 1–4 people, the rate for 5 people applies (€300 total).
Transfers for soloists, duets, and trios will be calculated separately if they prefer not to wait for the nearest group.

Application Process:

Interested groups must submit an application form to participate.

Payment Terms:

A 10% guarantee fee is required upon confirmation, which will be deducted from the final payment.
Hotel reservations are confirmed after a deposit of 20% of the total fee is made.

Excursion Information



The festival will also offer excursions for cultural exploration and enrichment. Details of excursions and planned activities will be shared with participants to enhance their overall experience and provide opportunities for cultural exchange and relaxation outside of performances.
