Participation Information
Performance Details:
Free program performance of 30 minutes.
Presentation of the country at the opening and closing ceremonies (5 minutes per group).
Groups from all over the world and Europe can participate.
Categories: Folk dance groups, folklore instruments, music groups, folklore songs, folkloric fairy tales, and rituals.
Age requirement: Participants must be 12 years or older.
Maximum number of participants: 40 people.
Groups should bring small gifts for exchange, national flags, and a visible panel displaying the group’s name.
Groups must provide a brief history, photos, videos, and promotional materials for advertising purposes.
Participation includes attending international cultural exchange workshops, lectures, exhibitions.
Application Process
After submitting the application form and making an advance payment, the organizer will send an official invitation letter for festival participation. The balance of the participation fee should be completed 60 days prior to arrival. Arrival
Groups will arrive at Marrakech “Menara” Airport (the nearest airport) where they will be met and transferred to the hotel in Safi.
