– Open to folk dance groups, folklore instrumentalists, and choral ensembles.
– Participants must be aged 12 and above.
– Maximum group size: 40 people.
Performance Requirements:
– Free program of 30 minutes.
– 5-minute performance at the opening ceremony.
– Groups must bring national flags and a visible panel with their group name.
– Recommended: Small gifts for cultural exchange.
– Groups must provide a brief history, photos, and promotional materials for advertising.
Application Process:
– Submission of a completed application form.
– Payment of a 10% guarantee fee upon approval (deducted from the final payment).
– Final payment deadline: 1 April 2025
