The Festival is open to all types of dancing and musical performance groups, including folk, classical, semi-folk & classical, fusion, ballet, marching bands, oriental dance groups, and more. Groups can perform with live music or CD players. Participants must be aged 8 and above.
Each group must perform 3-4 different folk dances with a program length of 10-15 minutes, twice a day at designated venues.
Groups should also conduct 2 workshops and 1 road show during the festival.
Travel arrangements, including flight tickets and travel insurance, are to be handled by the participants.
Groups can extend their stay in Nepal by arranging extra days and tourism services with the organizer.
Groups are not allowed to engage with other tour operators while on the organizer’s invitation.
Accommodation packages are provided based on the number of nights and hotel category chosen. All options include meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), airport transfers, a Kathmandu tour, and certificates for all participants.

Kathmandu City Tour: Explore over 10 significant monuments and heritage sites, including Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, and many others. The organizer provides a guided city tour of Kathmandu during the festival.
Additional Tourism: If desired, groups can arrange extra tourism with the organizer, who will assist with all additional travel services and sightseeing arrangements in Nepal. Groups are not allowed to engage with other tour operators while in Nepal on the organizer’s invitation.
