We are delighted to invite folk groups, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, majorette teams, and music ensembles of all ages—children, youth, and adults—to participate in the International Music & Dance Festival “Lago di Garda”, which will be held from May 15 to 18, at the stunning Lake Garda, Italy.
Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy, is one of Northern Italy’s most beautiful regions, offering a wide variety of cultural and historical experiences. The region is famous for its charming towns and villages, sunbathing spots, and water sports, making it an ideal destination for a memorable festival experience.
Participants
Eligible groups: Folklore groups, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from around the world.
No age limits: Open to all age groups.
Number of participants: Unlimited.
Participation Fee
179 euros per person.
Additional days: 55 euros per person per day.
Group leader benefit: For groups of 26 participants, one group leader participates free of charge.
Fee includes:
Participation in festival concerts.
Accommodation at Camping Bella Italia.
Diplomas and gifts for participants.
Half-board (meals included).
Fee does not include:
Transport.

Accommodation Information
Participants will stay at Camping Bella Italia in three-room bungalows that accommodate up to 6 people, with a minimum of 4 per unit. Each bungalow features:
A living room with a double sofa-bed and kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, safe, TV, and air conditioning/heating.
A master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds.
A bathroom with a shower.
A furnished terrace for relaxation.
Additional Costs
Final cleaning fee of 30 euros per unit (if guests do not clean themselves).
Security deposit: 20 euros per person.
Tourist tax: 1.50 euros per person per day (to be paid on-site).
Accommodation Supplements
3 persons in a bungalow: 12 euros per person per day.
2 persons in a bungalow: 28 euros per person per day.
Program Info
Day 1:
Afternoon: Arrival at Lake Garda, occupy accommodations, meet with organizers, free program, and dinner.
Day 2:
Breakfast Optional Garda Lake Tour Dinner
Day 3:
Breakfast Optional program at Gardaland or visit nearby attractions. Performance in the late afternoon, gala concert, and distribution of gifts and diplomas from the organizers. Dinner
Day 4:
Breakfast Departure of participants.
Excursion Information
Participants can take advantage of the beautiful surroundings by joining organized excursions.
Garda Lake Tour:
A scenic tour along the western shore of Lake Garda, passing notable historical sites such as Gargnano, the Island of Garda, and Sirmione.
Stops include two hours of free time in Sirmione to explore the town, and an hour and a half in Bardolino.
The tour takes in the Scaligero Castle, Catullo Grottos, and the picturesque shores of Punta S. Vigilio and Malcesine, offering stunning views along the way.
Gardaland:
A visit to Gardaland Resort, which ranks among Europe’s top amusement parks, featuring the new LEGOLAND® Water Park and SEA LIFE Aquarium.
Additional nearby must-see destinations include:
Venice, La Rocca di Garda, Mantua, Bardolino, Lazise, San Felice del Benaco, Salò, and Borghetto sul Mincio.
