The festival welcomes the participation of the following groups from all around the world:

The festival is a non-competitive event, featuring traditional and modern dance performances, choral groups, majorette teams, orchestras, and brass bands.
Each ensemble must prepare at least 2 dances (08-12 minutes each) to be performed with USB or orchestra.
Folklore groups are required to bring a flag of their country and a few gifts for municipality visits and organizers.
To apply, groups must submit a completed Application Form. All filled-in and signed applications will signify acceptance of the terms and regulations.
Limited participation: Only 3 groups per country are allowed.
Groups must provide a short CV and a few photos of the ensemble by email.
Groups should arrange their own transport for arrival and departure.
Hotel Details:
Accommodation in 4* hotels (double and triple rooms with swimming pool).
Located at The Green Park Bostancı on Otelz.com
4 nights with breakfast and dinner (half board) in a 4* hotel.
Open buffet breakfast and dinner with water provided during performances.
One free group leader for every 16-17 participants.
Additional days can be booked as follows:
40 EUR per person per day (with breakfast).
45 EUR per person per day (with breakfast and dinner).
210 EUR per person (includes accommodation, festival participation, and associated benefits).
Day 1: Arrival and Welcome Reception
14:00: Arrival in Istanbul and hotel accommodation.
21:00: Welcome reception with group leaders.
Day 2: Festival Activities
10:00 – 15:00: Optional Bosphorus boat tour.
14:00: Ensemble parade.
14:30: Official festival evening, with a welcome speech and an open-air performance.
Day 3: Sightseeing & Festival Evening
10:00 – 18:00: Guided Istanbul sightseeing tour.
17:00: Second festival evening in a cultural center (indoor performance).
Day 4: Excursions & Closing Ceremony
10:00 – 15:00: Optional visit to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and Eminonu Bazaar.
21:00: Closing ceremony, exchange of presents between ensemble leaders, and a dance workshop.
Day 5: Departure
07:00 – 10:00: Breakfast.
12:00: Departure from Istanbul.
Festival participants will have the opportunity to experience the rich culture and history of Istanbul through organized tours and optional excursions:
Bosphorus Boat Tour: Available as an optional extra.
