Conditions for Participation:
Each group must submit a minimum of 6 digital pictures, a short description of the group, and links or descriptions of previous performances via email. There is no age limit, and the number of participants is not restricted.
Arrival and Departure:
Groups are requested to arrive in Demre on October 3rd at 14:00 and depart on October 7th at 12:00, following breakfast.
Requirements:
Each group should bring their country’s flag. For gift exchange, each group must bring 3 gifts. The organizing committee prefers dance groups with live music, although recorded music is also acceptable.
Performance Details:
Each group must prepare a program lasting 6-8 minutes and present a minimum of 2 different performances in different costumes.
Hotel:

€150 per person: 4 nights (all-inclusive, excluding alcohol)
€185 per person: 4 nights (all-inclusive, including alcohol)
For every 25 participants, one member may attend free of charge (24 paying + 1 free).
Double rooms: €5 per person per day Single rooms: €15 per person per day

Application Process:
All interested groups must submit an application form to participate.
Guarantee Fee:
Approved groups are required to pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment.
Confirmation of Participation:
As a confirmation of participation, a group must pay an advance of €1000, which is non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from the festival. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the festival or upon the group’s arrival at the hotel, as per the agreement.
Participant Limitation:
Please note that the number of participants is limited.
Pocket Money:
Please note that pocket money will not be provided to the groups by the Festival Committee.
