The International Competition and Festival “Krakow Art Inspiration” will take place from December 19 to 21, 2025, in Krakow, Poland. The festival aims to shape a conscious and active cultural audience and foster dialogue between creators and their audiences. The competition is open to a variety of artistic groups including dance groups, theatrical groups, folklore ensembles, vocal and choral groups, instrumental ensembles, soloists, and fashion theaters. Participants can compete in several genres such as folk dance, classical, contemporary, jazz, show-bellydance, and more.
Choreography: Folk or stylized dance, classical, contemporary/modern, jazz, artistic, street dance, ballroom, show-bellydance, and other dance genres.
Vocal and Instrumental: Vocal soloists, duets, trios, groups, instrumental ensembles, and vocal-instrumental ensembles.
Folklore and Theatrical: Folk ensembles, ritual theaters, folk art ensembles, theatrical groups, acting skills.
Fashion Theaters: Fashion shows and fashion-related performances.
Other Genres: Based on accepted applications.
Soloists, Duets, Trios: 4 minutes
Small Groups (4-10 participants): 6 minutes
Ensembles (11 or more participants): 9 minutes
Overtime will result in a performance stoppage by the organizers.

Mixed Groups
Winners of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places will receive festival medals, individual diplomas, and trophies. The Grand Prix winner will receive a commemorative gift, festival medals, individual diplomas, and a trophy. Special recognition may be given to outstanding performers, and all participants will receive commemorative awards, festival notebooks, and badges.
Groups (11 or more participants): 15 Euro per participant
Groups (4-10 participants): 20 Euro per participant
Duets and Trios: 25 Euro per participant
Soloists: 30 Euro per participant
Additional category fees apply for participation in multiple genres.
The accommodation options for participants are as follows:
Hostel (3-4-5-person rooms): 115 Euro per person (includes 3 days/2 nights with half-board)
Hotel 2 (3-4-5-person rooms): 135 Euro per person
Hotel 3 (2-3-4-person rooms): 150 Euro per person
3 days/2 nights accommodation with half-board (breakfast and dinner). Meals begin with dinner on the arrival day and end with breakfast on the departure day.

December 19: Arrival in Krakow, accommodation in selected hotels/hostels, city walking tour, and dinner.
December 20: Breakfast, stage rehearsals, sound check, opening ceremony, competition performances, and a festive closing ceremony with awards. Dinner and return to accommodations.
December 21: Breakfast, check-out, and departure.
A walking tour of Krakow is included as part of the festival program. Optional excursions and visits to museums are available at an additional cost. The organizers assist with arranging additional meals, transportation, and other needs during the preparation process.
