Participation Information



Festival Dates: April 22 – 26, 2024

Eligible Categories: Folk dance, modern dance, choir, majorettes, and orchestra. Each country may participate with one group per category.

Participant Requirements: No age limit for dancers. Groups should bring their national flags.

Performance Duration: 5-10 minutes per group, with each group performing only one set on stage. Music can be live or on USB.

List Submission: A list of participants—including dancers, musicians, leaders, drivers with their ages and genders—must be submitted by March 1, 2024.

Participation Fee: €195 per person for 4 nights and 5 days in a 4-star hotel (all-inclusive).

Important Note: The festival committee does not cover any fees for attending groups.

Accommodation Information



Location: 4-star hotel accommodations.

Rooming Details: Rooms for 3-4 persons. Each group will be provided with two double rooms at no extra charge. Additional double rooms are available for €10 per person per day; single rooms are available for €17 per person per day.

Meals: Three buffet meals per day, with drinks included throughout the stay. Packed or regular meals will be provided depending on the performance schedule.

Transportation Options


Dalaman Airport Transfer: €600 for airport-hotel, hotel-airport, and festival transfers (organized by the festival team).

Own Transport: Groups arriving by their own bus can use it during the festival (maximum 5 km per trip).

April 23 – Children’s Day Celebrations

07:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast

12:00 – 14:00 – Lunch

14:00 – 15:00 – Official Meeting with the Governor

Groups attend with two participants and one leader in costume.

Gift exchange with the Governor will be held.

16:00 – 17:00 – Catalog Photo Shoot

Two costumed participants from each group.

Buses depart from hotel at 15:45.

19:00 – 20:30 – Dinner

21:00 – 00:00 – Children’s Day Prom

10:00 – 17:00 – Free Time (Excursion options available)

Excursions Information



Participants have free time scheduled on April 24 and April 25, with the option to join various excursions. Detailed options will be available in the “Excursion Document”, which will be provided to all groups upon arrival.
