This festival is open to groups worldwide, regardless of age or gender. Each ensemble is expected to prepare at least two dances, with each performance lasting between 8-15 minutes, presented either via USB or a live orchestra. Participating folklore groups are encouraged to bring their national flag and small gifts for official visits.
To join, interested groups should submit an application form, acknowledging agreement with the terms of participation. A brief CV and a minimum of three photos of the group must also be provided by email. Additionally, groups are required to submit a list of all participants (names, surnames, gender, birthdate, and passport numbers) by 5 May 2025.
Festival accommodation includes lodging in Kumru Hotels, Çanakkale, offering 2-3 star options in triple and quadruple rooms. Leaders and drivers receive two double rooms, while other participants stay in shared rooms. Half-board accommodation is included with two meals daily, and participants may opt for an extra day’s stay at 30 Euros per person.

For groups of 25 people, one group leader is granted complimentary participation (24 paying + 1 free). Supplemental costs apply for room upgrades:
The participation fee covers festival concerts, professional sound, stage, and lighting equipment, half-board accommodation, souvenirs and gifts, and a certificate of attendance. Transportation, optional excursions, insurance, and any item not explicitly listed under “fee includes” are excluded.

All interested groups must submit an application form, and upon approval, make an advance payment of 10% as a guarantee fee, deductible from the final payment. The next payment of 20% is required to confirm accommodation booking. The remaining balance can be paid before the festival starts or upon arrival, subject to prior arrangements with the organizers.
