Participation Information



The festival will take place from May 30, 2025, at 16:00 to June 3, 2025, at 10:00. It is open to dancers aged 13 and above, including Singing Ensembles, Majorette Groups, Chorus Groups, Folk Dance Groups, and Modern Dance Groups. Each group will perform for 5, 10, or 15 minutes, with music in either live or CD format. Photos of each group must be submitted to the organizing committee in advance.
All participating groups must secure their own medical insurance prior to arrival, as the organizing committee will not cover any medical or hospital expenses during the festival. However, ambulance services will be available in case of emergencies.

To register, groups must submit an application form. Approved groups will be required to pay a 10% guarantee fee, which will be deducted from the final payment. Hotel reservations will be confirmed only after a 20% deposit of the total fee is made.

Accommodation Information



The participation fee is €195 per person for four nights, which includes breakfast and dinner as well as accommodation in a 3-star hotel. Rooms will have 2-3 beds, a toilet, and a shower. For groups with more than 30 participants, one leader or driver will stay for free (30+1). For groups of 45 participants or more, two leaders or drivers will stay for free (45+2).
The participation fee does not cover the cost of transportation to and from festival venues or excursions, but guidance services will be provided.

Program Information



Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul in the afternoon, followed by free time, dinner, and a meeting with group leaders.

Day 2: Breakfast, followed by a visit to the Byzantine historic district, including landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. After free time and dinner, performances will take place at the municipality stage in an open-air setting.

Day 3: Breakfast and a visit to a shopping center, with the option for beach time by the Marmara Sea. Performances will take place at the municipality stage, with a chance for groups to exchange dances and learn traditional Turkish rhythms and dances.

Day 4: Participants can enjoy the Bosphorus Boat Tour (for an additional cost of €20 per person) or shop in Istanbul. The day will conclude with performances at the municipality stage.

Day 5: The festival concludes with participant departures. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.

Excursion Information



Several exciting excursions are offered during the festival:
Bosphorus Boat Tour: A special Bosphorus Boat Tour is available for an additional cost of €20 per person.
Shopping Centers & Beach Time: On the third day, participants will have the option to visit shopping centers and enjoy free time at the Marmara Sea beach.
Other Excursions: Participants can enjoy the historic Byzantine district, featuring landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar.
Airport Transfers & Ground Transportation: Airport transfers are available at varying costs depending on group size:
€25 per person for a group of 42 people, €30 per person for 30 people, €35 per person for 20 people, and €40 per person for 10 people.
Bus services for ground transportation during the festival, including transfers, excursions, and performance venue transportation, must be paid to the festival committee on the first day.
