Participation Info



We are pleased to invite Folk groups, Dance groups, Vocal and Choir groups, Majorette teams, and Orchestras (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the III International Folk Dance & Music Festival “Cultural Dialogue on the Same Stage”, which will be held in Rimini, Italy, from June 29 to July 4, 2024.

The festival aims to showcase the cultural traditions of various countries while providing participants the opportunity to connect, establish friendships, and share their cultural heritage through dance and music.

Eligible participants include:

  • Folklore dance groups

  • Choirs

  • Music bands from all over the world

  • No age limit

  • Soloists are not accepted

  • Family members and friends may join the festival under the same conditions and at the same price.



The participation fee includes:

  • 235 € per person for 5 nights (half-board accommodation, 3-4 beds per room)

  • 200 € per person for 4 nights (half-board accommodation, 3-4 beds per room)



For every 26 participants, 1 free seat is provided (25+1).

Accommodation Info



Participants will be accommodated in 3-star hotels such as Brezza *** and Jasmine ***, with half-board service (breakfast and dinner) in rooms with 3-4 beds.

Additional fees:

  • Tourist tax: up to 3 € per person, per day (depending on hotel category)

  • Supplement for a double room: 6 € per person, per day

  • Supplement for a single room: 30 € per person, per day

  • Additional day (half-board): 45 € per person



Groups are responsible for their own trip expenses, airport transfers, other transportation, and parking.

Program Info



June 29: Arrival of groups from 12:00–21:00, check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

June 30: Breakfast, free time, lunch instead of dinner, festival day, costume parade, evening performance, and the awarding of certificates and plaques.

July 1: Breakfast, free time or beach time, optional half-day tour to San Marino, dinner, and overnight stay.

July 2: Breakfast, free time or beach time, or optional visit to Mirabilandia park, dinner, and overnight stay.

July 3: Breakfast, free time or beach time, or optional visit to Italia in Miniatura or Fiabilandia parks, dinner, and overnight stay.

July 4: Breakfast and departure by 11:00 AM.

Additional Info


Participants must provide their own music (either a conductor or a USB drive). Each group should prepare a 10-15 minute performance.

Excursions Info



Participants will have free time to explore Rimini or participate in optional excursions:

San Marino tour: a half-day tour to visit the world’s oldest republic, including highlights like Garibaldi’s monument, Porta San Francesco, and the Square of Freedom.

Entertainment parks:

  • Mirabilandia: a famous theme park, with group support for ticket acquisition and transport arrangements.

  • Italia in Miniatura: explore miniature versions of famous Italian landmarks.

  • Fiabilandia: another entertainment park for fun and relaxation.


The organizer will assist with discounts and arrangements for beach activities, such as umbrellas and lounge chairs.
