Participation Information

After submitting an application, groups are required to provide a minimum of 6 digital pictures, a short description of their group, and videos or links showcasing their performances. There are no restrictions on the number of participants or their age. Groups must arrive in Cappadocia on 25 July by 12:00 and depart on 29 July by 12:00, after breakfast.

Each group should prepare a 5-10 minute program and must be ready with at least two different performances. While live music is preferred, recorded music is also acceptable. Each group will receive participation certificates for all members. Groups are expected to bring the national flag of their country. Each group is also asked to provide a book detailing their country’s folk dance attire and a local doll model symbolizing their country. Please note that no pocket money will be provided by the Festival Committee.
