With pleasure we INVITE you (Folk ensembles, Choral groups,Brass bands, orchestras, modern dance group, majorette teams and other styles ), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on CHRISTMAS INTERNATIONAL FOLKLORE AND MUSIC FESTIVAL IN VIENNA” 27-30 November 2025 , Vienna, Austria
General rules:
– is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, folklore ensemble, choral groups, modern dance, majorette teams, orchestras..
– Every Folklore, Choral group, majorette Teams, modern dancegroup, orchestras has the right to participate. Children’s ensembles Youth ensembles , adult ensembles .On the festival may participate folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. .
– The number of participants are limited (only 3 groups from each country),
– Each group should consist of most 50 members including dancers, managers and musicians,
– Ensemble should have prepared program, 10-12 minutes each with orchestra or USB.
– To send us short CV and 2 – 3 photos of the group,
– To take a flag of the country,
– Groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure,
Participation fee is
– 124 euro per person for 3 BB in luxury A&T hostel in the center of the city www.athostel.com
– 156 euro per person – for 3 BB – accommodation in 3* hotel like hotel Alegro, Apart hotel Bianca..
– 179 euro per person – for 3 BB – accommodation in 4* Event Hotel Pyramide 4****, www.austria-trend.at or Arion City hotel 4* hotel…
It covers hotel accommodation 3 nights (bad and breakfast (OPEN BUFFET) – in multibad rooms on selected hotel…
For double rooms are additional 10 euro per person per day…single room 15 euro per person per day..
For additional days in 4* hotel it is 57 euro per person BB, in 3* hotel it is 47 euro per person BB and hostel is 36 euro per person per day BB..
Price not include tour tax (from 01 till 2 euro per day per person) and facultative excursions.
Festival organizers provide:
– for 25 dancers – one gratis,
– Certificate for attendance,
– souvenir and gift for each group,
– drinks during the performance,
– advertising of the festival (press release, social media promotion, posters and flayers).
INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.
