Welcome to Delhi, the City of Djinns! Delhi, the capital territory of India, is the largest commercial hub in northern India. Known for its cultural diversity and historical richness, the city boasts 1200 heritage buildings and 175 national heritage monuments, including three UNESCO World Heritage Sites – the Red Fort, Qutab Minar, and Humayun’s Tomb. Participants will experience the grandeur of Delhi’s festivals, architecture, and vibrant traditions.

Participation Categories:

Festival Participant (Mandatory) Open to all dance and music groups of any style: Folk, Theatres, Classical, Contemporary, Latin, Ballroom, Street, Modern, Oriental, Fusion Dances, Choirs, Brass Bands, Orchestras, and Majorettes.
Age Range: 7 to 70+ years
Group Size: 4+ to unlimited members
Performances: Four dance items (10-15 minutes each) 1-2 times a day.
Music: Live or recorded music permitted.

Festival Competitor (Optional)
Available only to Festival Participants.

Minimum Group Size: 10 members
Performance: One 5-minute dance item
Additional Fee: €100 per group

Fees and Inclusions:

Festival Participant Fee: €260 per person: 7 days/6 nights €375 per person: 8 days/7 nights, including Agra-Taj Mahal and Mathura Tours

Upgrades:

From 3* to 4* accommodation: €10 per person Double rooms: €10 (3*), €15 (4*) per person Extra Day with Food: €35 (3*), €45 (4*) per person

Winners’ Cash Prizes:

1st Place: €500 2nd Place: €200 3rd Place: €100 All winners receive trophies and diplomas, with additional silver/bronze medals awarded for excellence in choreography and costumes.

Participants are required to select from two packages, with stays in clean and comfortable 3* or 4* hotels:

Program Information



Key Highlights:

Direct Flights: Arrive in Delhi via Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).
Accommodation: Hygienic and comfortable options provided. Traditional Welcome: Participants receive traditional Indian dress and a photo session. City Tour: Explore over 10 monuments in Delhi (excluding monument fees).

Performance Schedule:

Festival Participants: Perform 4 dance pieces (10-15 minutes each), 1-2 times daily, at designated venues. Festival Competitors: Perform an additional 5-minute dance piece.

Terms and Conditions:

Travel Costs: Round-trip airfare and travel health insurance are the responsibility of the group. Operator Restrictions: Groups are not permitted to engage with other tour operators while participating in the festival. Guarantee Fee: A 10% guarantee fee is required upon application approval, deducted from the final payment.

Organizational Support:

Official Invitation: Provided by the festival organizers. Arrival Assistance: Groups will be received at Delhi Airport by the organizers. Departure Assistance: Organizers will assist with boarding during departures.

Participants can enhance their experience with optional tours to explore India’s cultural and historical richness:

Agra & Mathura (1 Day): Visit the iconic Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and the spiritual town of Mathura.

Haridwar & Rishikesh (2 Days/1 Night): Explore sacred sites and experience the serene beauty of the Ganges River.

Jaipur Tour (3 Days/2 Nights): Discover the Pink City and its royal heritage, including majestic forts and palaces.

Gujarat Tour (5 Days/4 Nights): Immerse yourself in the vibrant traditions and cultural tapestry of western India.

Goa Tour:

By Train: 3 nights/4 days
By Flight: 3 nights/4 days
Himachal Tour (Shimla & Manali, 3 Nights/4 Days): Revel in the breathtaking landscapes and tranquil beauty of the Himalayas.
