Participation Information

We are pleased to invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools, and other cultural organizations (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the 8th Thai Loy-Kra-Tong Festival: Heart to Heart Festival, which will take place from November 7th to 12th, 2025, in Bangkok and Korat, Thailand.
This event is an opportunity to learn about and celebrate the traditional cultures of Thailand and the world, in alignment with Thailand’s cultural soft power policy. The festival will feature performances, workshops, and cultural exchanges. All performances will be non-competitive.

General Participation Rules:

Each group should prepare a 10-minute performance (dance or music). No age restrictions; each group can consist of 1 to 20 members. Each group is required to bring: – The country flag. – A gift for exchange with other participating groups. – Souvenirs or traditional handicrafts for sale at the “SME2025 World’s Fairs” activity.
Participation includes:

Performance on the international stage.
Parade with the local community.
International Traditional Costume Fashion Show.
Thai Cultural Workshops and interactive classroom sessions in schools and communities.
Exhibition and sale of local souvenirs with the community.
Member team greetings and dance training exchange.
Group leaders will give a speech about cultural heritage and happiness.
Leader team meetings and gift exchanges.
Sightseeing opportunities.

Participation Fee:

The participation fee is 165 Euros per person, which includes all the following services during the festival.
