Participation Information



The Beijing International Tourism Festival (BITF) is an annual event that celebrates culture and tourism.
Previous festivals have featured esteemed ensembles, including the Russian dance ensemble “Kristall,” Latvian dance group “Rīdze,” Turkish dance ensemble “BEFAD,” Egyptian Art Appreciation folk group, Lithuanian Folk Dance Group “UGNELE,” Indian dance ensemble “RIFAC,” Ballet Folklórico Ciudad De Zapopan “Teocalli” from Mexico, Russian dance ensemble “Lapushki,” and Polish folk dance group “Przygoda.” The festival is a vibrant carnival that transcends skin color and nationality, fostering friendship and happiness among all participants.

If your team is interested in participating in the 23rd BITF, please fill out the application form. The Organizing Committee will review your group information along with your photos and videos. The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism will send you an Official Letter of Invitation upon selection, which serves as final confirmation of acceptance. The registration fee is only €30 per person.

Accommodation Information



BITF will provide the following for your performers:

A 3-star hotel for 5 nights
Meals for 6 days
Bus transportation, including tours, for 6 days
Tourist Accident Insurance
Free visits to historical sites, including the Great Wall and Forbidden City
A free tour guide will accompany each foreign performing group from arrival to departure in Beijing.

Program Information



BITF includes rehearsals, an opening ceremony, public performances, and a closing ceremony. The Organizing Committee of BITF reserves the right to adjust the program as necessary.

Conditions of Participation


BITF will NOT cover the following expenses:

International transportation
Visa fees
Transportation to other cities in China
Expenditures beyond those outlined by BITF
Expenditures for non-performers (guests)

Excursion Information



Participants will have opportunities to explore historical sites during the festival. The following is a forecasted schedule for the 23rd Beijing International Tourism Festival:

Day 1: Arrive in Beijing
Day 2: Rehearsal
Day 3: Opening Ceremony of the Beijing International Tourism Festival
Day 4: Public performance and visiting historical sites
Day 5: Public performance and visiting historical sites
Day 6: Closing Ceremony and departure
