Participation Information

26 – 28 September 2025 | Romagna, Italy Romagna has always been a meeting point for diverse musical cultures. This International Festival is open to all kinds of folklore groups, providing a unique opportunity to perform and share their cultural heritage with other groups and the general public in an incomparable setting.
Folk music and dance transcend boundaries, uniting performers and audiences alike. The festival promotes cultural exchange, fostering a spirit of friendship and collaboration among participants.

The artistic program includes outdoor parades and stage performances. During the parades, groups perform with their own instruments, while for stage performances, the organization will provide an audio system compatible with CDs and USB drives and up to five microphones for amplifying instruments/voices (if required).

Important Information

Groups may arrive or depart one day earlier/later if needed (extra nights at additional cost). Each group is responsible for their own transportation to Romagna. The festival accommodation packages must be taken by all participating groups. The organization can arrange airport transfers upon request. Once participation is confirmed, a 30% deposit is required (non-refundable). Full payment is due one month before the festival. Refund policy: Cancellations up to 10 days before the festival will be refunded.
