Participation Information
We are delighted to invite Folk Ensembles, Choral Groups, Brass Bands, Orchestras, Modern Dance Groups, and Majorette Teams (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the International Music & Dance Show of the People of the World – BEST FEST BRUXELLES, taking place from April 9–12, 2025. About the Festival
The International Multi-Genre Festival “BEST FEST Brussels” is one of Europe’s most significant cultural events, celebrating artistic diversity and fostering cultural exchange. The festival promotes creativity, performance excellence, and international connections among talented individuals and groups worldwide. Participation Details
– Open to groups of 5 or more participants (solo performers and small groups require special approval). – Accepting folk ensembles, choirs, orchestras, majorette ensembles, vocal-dance groups, and professional/amateur collectives. – Non-competitive, multi-genre festival (only 3–4 groups per country allowed). – Each group must present at least three performances or a 10–15 minute program, with live or recorded music. Participation Fees
– Groups of 5–10 participants: €25 per person – Groups of 11+ participants: €20 per person Awards & Recognition
– Diploma “Cultural Ambassador” for all participants. – Festival Medal as a commemorative award. – Festival Cup “BEST FEST Brussels” (one per group). – Special Leader Recognition for group leaders and instructors. – Artistry & Innovation Awards for outstanding performances. – Memorable Souvenirs for all participants.
Limited to 400 participants – early registration required!
Groups must provide:
A brief description and 2–3 photos.
Country flag and group banner.
Optional gifts for cultural exchange.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm participation (deducted from final payment).
Submitting an application confirms acceptance of all festival rules.
