Participation Info:
The XIII° International Summer Festival “Meet the Tradition” fosters mutual understanding, cooperation, and peace among people of diverse cultures, religions, and ethnic backgrounds. The festival is open to ensembles of all ages and sizes, with a minimum of 25 participants per group.
Performance Guidelines:
Each group has up to 10 minutes to perform.
Performances can include dances, songs, or musical compositions of the group’s choice, accompanied by live music or recorded tracks.
Every participating group will receive an Honorary Diploma, a souvenir, a gift, and a DVD of the festival events.
The festival will be covered by Italian national and regional TV channels, radio stations, newspapers, and magazines.

Package Includes:

Additional Fees:
Double room supplement: €7 per day/person.
Single room supplement: €20 per day/person.
Group Discounts:
For every 25 participants, one is free.
For groups of 40+ participants, the 41st, 42nd, and 43rd participants are free.
Other Benefits:
Free parking for buses.
Bus transfers from airports to hotels can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Registration Process:
To confirm participation, submit the application form with a brief biography and color photos of the group via email.
A 30% advance deposit is required to secure participation.
Submit the final list of participants (names, birthdates, and passport details) by 30 June 2025.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 60 days before arrival: No penalty.
59 to 15 days before arrival: Deposit withheld, and an additional 50% penalty of the total booking cost.
Force majeure events: The deposit can be transferred to future Sopravista festivals within three years.
