With great pleasure, we invite folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, art schools, and other performers (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XII International Music & Dance Festival “EYE OF DUBAI” from 17-22 December 2025, in Dubai, UAE.
The festival’s mission is to present the cultural traditions of different countries, offering an opportunity for participants to establish friendships and showcase their cultures through dance and music in the amazing world city of Dubai. The idea of the Festival is to bring music closer to people, showcasing performances on streets and squares.
Hotel:
Accommodation is provided at luxury 4-star hotels in Dubai with breakfast (buffet). We will be staying at the MD Hotel Al Barsha, located near the Mall of Emirates. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and free shuttle service to the beach. Rooms are available in triple occupancy, with an additional 15 EUR per person for double rooms (on request).

Tourist tax: 2.5 EUR per person per day.
Visa for Dubai (depending on country; EU citizens do not require a visa).
Insurance: Groups must ensure personal responsibility and health insurance; medical services will be available but are at the group’s expense.
For additional accommodation, you can extend your stay in Dubai for 49 EUR per night (breakfast included), with options for triple rooms or apartments for 4 people.
Day 1:
13:00: Arrival in Dubai, hotel accommodation, and free time (beach time).
20:00: Meeting with the representative and arranged excursion.
Day 2:
09:00–11:00: Breakfast (buffet).
10:30–18:00: Visit to the traditional market in Greek Dubai or the Eye of Dubai and Madame Tussauds Museum, Dubai Frame.
20:00: Free time at the Dubai Music Fountains.
Day 3:
09:00–10:00: Breakfast (buffet).
10:30–17:00: Optional Desert Safari, visit to Abu Dhabi, or free time at the beach or Dubai Mall with fountains.
18:00–21:00: Festival evening: Each group performs a 12-15 minute program, followed by certificates and gifts.
Day 4:
09:00–10:00: Breakfast (buffet).
11:00–18:00: Sightseeing in Dubai (optional).
21:00: Free time at the Dubai Music Fountains.
Day 5:
09:00–10:00: Breakfast (buffet).
10:30–16:00: Festival evening or visit to Miracle Garden or free time at the beach.
21:00–23:00: Party in the hotel for socialization of the groups.
Day 6:
09:00–10:00: Breakfast (buffet).
10:30–19:00: Optional Desert Safari or free time at the beach or visit to Dubai Mall.
21:00: Free time at JBR Street and Dubai Marina.
Day 7:
09:00–10:00: Breakfast (buffet).
10:30–19:00: Optional Desert Safari, beach time, or visit to Dubai Mall.
21:00: Free time in Dubai.
Day 8:
08:00–11:00: Breakfast (buffet).
10:00: Departure.

2. Transfer Abu Dhabi Airport – Hotel in Dubai (round trip)
3. Dubai city tour half-day incl. Medinat Jumeirah market and little Venice with old Dubai (guide + transfer + ticket)
4. Burj Khalifa level 124/125 (tickets and transfers)
5. Desert Safari with BBQ dinner and drinks (from 14:30 they are coming to the hotel, taking you with jeeps into the desert, then to a village camp where there will be dinner and a show, returning around 22:30 in the evening)
6. Abu Dhabi Tour (full day with lunch) (from 11:00 in the morning to 18:00, visiting the famous mosque in Abu Dhabi, sightseeing with a guide, and having lunch – open buffet)
7. Dinner cruise with a boat to Dubai Marina (starts at 20:00 from Dubai Marina boat and goes to Dubai Marina cruising with a wonderful view of Dubai. Dinner with soft drinks is included, and the boat arrives around 22:00)
